Welcome to Until The End. We are a moderate Harry Potter role-playing site set in the Marauder's Era. Our plot is generally derived from details in the book, but as an AU site we do take liberties most anywhere we like. Those who died in the books can have a second chance at living, and those who lived are always at risk.
Tom Marvolo Riddle has long since disappeared and in his stead Lord Voldemort has risen, bringing a small army with him. The Ministry of Magic has thus far ignored the growing menace that is the Death Eaters and Albus Dumbledore has taken it upon himself to defend the wizarding community from an evil he knows is building. War is coming. Pick a side!

Fennec Fox The memory of the first time her daughter smiled had originally been used to conjure Talia's patronus, but since her husband's murder she is unable to conjure one.
She would see herself and her daughter reunited with her husband
Her daughter's lifeless body
Talia is strong-willed though she has learned the proper place for her antics, as her mother once called it. She is not afraid to go after what she wants and assert her dominance, some find this behavior inappropriate but Talia rarely cares what others think of her unless she thinks highly of them in return. As a wife, now widow, of a Jordanian businessman, Talia knows when and with whom she should rein in her boisterous mannerisms and adopt a more subdued position. Her mother raised her to be a proper lady, and her father (a politician in his day) encouraged her to speak her mind.
History
As a young witch, the daughter of two magical parents, Talia attended Mahoutokoro School of Magic in Japan from the age of seven. She studied hard and got good grades, though there were several run-ins with the staff in her ten years at the school, mostly getting in trouble for fighting with the boys. She only ever lashed out when the boys were cruel or inappropriate to her or another witch, and while most students would have ignored the problem, Talia combat the offenders head on.
While in school, Talia began dating a boy named Rayan Ahmad and shortly following their graduation they were married. A daughter followed shortly and for several years the family lived happily together on Jordan, Rayan's home country. Nearly a year ago tragedy struck, and Rayan was killed outside of a pub. The man convicted of Rayan's murder was a foreigner, Julian Faust, and the sentence for his crime was indentured servatude for the Ahmad family. Talia, however, couldn't stand the sight of the man who had murdered her beloved husband and so she sold Julian to a local wizard who promised to work Julian hard and make him suffer. Talia was pleased with this arrangement and for a while the money from selling her slave had allowed Talia and her daughter, Farah, to continue their lives but the bills began to stack up and the debts the family already owed became too much. Forced to sell their home, Talia went to work for the same man that she had sold Julian too, and now her life had become something like a Greek tragedy with the discovery that Julian had not been Rayan's murderer at all, and instead it was Malik, the man she and Julian now served, who had mastered-minded the entire affair.
With the promise that she and Farah could escape the cruel clutches of her husband's murderer, Talia fled Jordan with Julian and has now arrived in the UK. Practically alone, with no family but the toddler that resembles her dead love, Talia has to figure out how to stay in this new country and start her life over again without Rayan.
