Welcome to Until The End. We are a moderate Harry Potter role-playing site set in the Marauder's Era. Our plot is generally derived from details in the book, but as an AU site we do take liberties most anywhere we like. Those who died in the books can have a second chance at living, and those who lived are always at risk.
Tom Marvolo Riddle has long since disappeared and in his stead Lord Voldemort has risen, bringing a small army with him. The Ministry of Magic has thus far ignored the growing menace that is the Death Eaters and Albus Dumbledore has taken it upon himself to defend the wizarding community from an evil he knows is building. War is coming. Pick a side!

The world seemed such a terrifying place, one growing more and more terrifying with every step she took. She felt her cheeks flush red as she walked along the cobblestone street alone. She was feeling anxious, though she wasn’t sure why. Narcissa had made plans to meet up with a friend for lunch and a quick chat which had just fallen through. Druella had been encouraging her more harshly these days to get out of the manor and to resume her life. Narcissa didn’t want to but she knew wallowing in her despair wouldn’t miraculously make her child breath again. Begrudgingly, Narcissa allowed her mother to set up a lunch date with one of her long-time friends from Hogsmeade. They were to meet at Carino Piccolo Bistro, but only moments after sitting at a table, a letter was delivered to Narcissa. Her friend was called away to deal with family matters, something Narcissa took to mean she was dealing with her child and didn’t have time to make available for a barren friend. Her face was hot as she left the bistro without ordering anything, and she began to wander the streets of Quizzic Alley without much purpose.
A vendor from one of the stalls that lined the cobblestone street stopped her, showing off a piece of jewelry he was attempting to sell her. Narcissa’s feet halted suddenly as the worker stepped in her path, pushing a thin gold chain with a ratty heart shaped locket in her face. Cissa blinked, momentarily in shock from being pulled from her thoughts to suddenly. It took a few seconds for the fog to clear in her head enough to comprehend what the man was saying to her. He was attempting to pawn off this cheap gold-plated locket as something high end and asking a much higher price than would have been appropriate for what amounted to little more than a shiny hunk of junk. “No…” she said, unaware of herself or her surroundings as she sidestepped the persistent man who simply showed her another cheap necklace, this one a silver color.
